Membership.

Membership in the Program is open to U.S. legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their place of legal residence, Pimixdistributor in its sole discretion, has the right to allow, limit, or restrict participation by corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or any other person or entity. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility.

You must have a valid email address at the time of enrollment. Your Pimixdistributor account email address may only be associated with one Program member and one membership account. Individuals may not have multiple memberships. Member must be ordering inside our delivery range, request for to become a Member ordering out of delivery range will be analyze, other fees may apply in this case.

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 10 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we may deliver our written response to that account. Alternatively, or if you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response electronically.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request.
